Purchase of video surveillance components

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of video surveillance components, including four types of outdoor cameras. A framework agreement will be concluded with at least one and at most five suppliers. The total framework agreement value is up to EUR 150,000 excluding VAT, its maximum duration is 40 calendar months, and individual deliveries must generally be made within no more than 90 calendar days of an order. The tenderer must submit a complete technical and financial tender for all items. The cameras must meet detailed requirements for outdoor operation, temperature range, IP66 protection, networking, video encoding, power supply, image quality and compatibility. A manufacturer warranty and support of at least 36 months are required, with repair or replacement of a warranted faulty device within 30 days. The award uses price and energy-efficiency criteria, with a total weighting of 100%. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 6 October 2026 at 10:00. Documents must generally be in Latvian; technical data sheets may be in English. The supplier must provide registration, representation, beneficial-owner, subcontractor and independent-tender confirmations where applicable, comply with cybersecurity and sanctions requirements, and submit the required technical data sheets and warranty information.
