Construction works at several separate sites of Ogre Hospital

Summary

The tender concerns construction works at five separate sites of Ogre Hospital in Ogre: attic insulation of the hospital building, simplified renovation of office premises, attic insulation of the хозяйственный building, simplified reconstruction of the pathology and anatomy building, and simplified reconstruction of the canteen premises. The procurement is not divided into lots, so the tenderer must submit an offer covering all sites. Works must start within 10 working days after the building permit conditions for commencement have been fulfilled and must be completed within 6 months, including submission of the building readiness confirmation in the construction information system. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 15 September 2026. A EUR 10,000 bid guarantee is required. The economically most advantageous tender is selected using price, warranty period and the responsible construction manager’s relevant experience; price carries up to 80 points, warranty period up to 10 points and manager experience up to 10 points.
