Reconstruction of roads and streets of Augšdaugava Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction and renewal of municipal roads, streets, pedestrian paths and public areas in Augšdaugava Municipality. It is divided into three lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots. Lot 1 concerns the reconstruction of Alejas Street in Svente, including concrete paving and related road works; lot 2 concerns the renewal of two roads in Medumi and Kalkune parishes; lot 3 concerns the renewal of pedestrian paths and public areas on Raiņa Street in Ilūkste. The works must be performed in accordance with the relevant design documentation, the 2026 road construction specifications and the technical offer. The contract period is 10 months for lot 1, 6 months for lot 2 and 4 months for lot 3, excluding the approved technological winter break. The deadline for electronic submission is 29 September 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion. The offer must be submitted electronically in Latvian and include the application, qualification documents, technical offer and financial offer, signed with a secure electronic signature or the electronic signature available in the procurement system.
