Tree care in Grancovas Alley for biodiversity conservation

Summary

The tender concerns professional tree-care works in the specially protected natural monument Grancovas Alley to preserve biodiversity. The contractor must maintain 50 specified trees, install crown-stabilisation systems where required, and plant 10 standard-sized common lime trees (Tilia cordata, height 200–250 cm). The planting stock will be purchased and delivered by the contracting authority, while the contractor must provide planting pits, soil improvement, supports, ties, peat and wood-chip mulching. Works must start no later than five working days after contract signing and be completed by 19 October 2026. The tender is not divided into lots, and the contract is awarded solely on the basis of the lowest price. The tender must be submitted electronically in the EIS system by 14 September 2026 at 11:00, in Latvian or with a certified Latvian translation.
