Preparation of construction documentation, construction works and author supervision for Garkalne Sports Centre’s Upesciema Stadium

Summary

The tender covers preparation of construction intention documentation, construction works and author supervision for new spectator stands at the Upesciema Stadium of Garkalne Sports Centre, together with installation of air-to-air heat pumps in the sports changing rooms. The works will be performed at Skolas iela 14, Upesciems, Ropaži Municipality. The contract period is five months: three months for the documentation and two months for construction, including commissioning. The works carry a 36-month guarantee from approval of the acceptance-for-use act. The tender is not divided into lots, variants are not allowed, and no tender guarantee is required.
