Reconstruction of the sidewalk on Krasta Street in Saulkrasti, Saulkrasti Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction of approximately 210 metres of sidewalk on Krasta Street in Saulkrasti, with a total area of about 460 m². The existing deteriorated concrete slab surface and base must be removed and replaced with a new pedestrian sidewalk, including concrete paving, kerbs, base layers, connections to adjoining streets and driveways, green-area restoration, traffic management and related works. The works must be completed within 2 months after contract signature and handover of the site, followed by a 36-month warranty period. The contract is not divided into lots, and only one complete tender may be submitted. The award criterion is price, which is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026, in Latvian, with prices stated in EUR excluding VAT.
