The procurement concerns the restoration of the balconies of the residential building at 33 Aveņu Street, Daugavpils, in accordance with the design. The works cover 48 reinforced-concrete balcony slabs, including surface preparation, corrosion protection, concrete restoration, waterproofing, coatings, replacement and finishing of balcony railings, removal of asbestos-cement sheets and construction waste management. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 80,000 excluding VAT, and the procurement is not divided into lots. The works must be completed within 120 calendar days, with completion planned for 2027, and the warranty period is at least five years. Offers must be submitted electronically by 8 September 2026 at 10:00 local time. A EUR 1,600 tender guarantee is required. The economically most advantageous tender will be selected using price, worth 80 points, and the responsible construction manager’s relevant experience, worth 20 points.
