Supply of heating unit components

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of heating-unit components for the customer’s existing heating, hot-water and automation systems. The contract is not divided into lots and the bidder must submit one offer for the full scope. The maximum total contract value is EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT. The contract runs for 36 months or until the maximum value is reached, whichever comes first, with a possible extension of up to 12 months. Deliveries must be made free of charge to Zilokalnu prospekts 12, Ogre, within 3 working days of an order, no more than 10 times per month. The minimum order value is EUR 100 excluding VAT. Goods must have at least a 24-month warranty and defective goods must be replaced within 2 working days. The award criterion is the lowest total contract price excluding VAT.
