Supply, installation and dismantling of Christmas trees

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation, maintenance-related stability and dismantling of two natural Christmas trees, three temporary fences and 180 Nordmann fir trees for Jūrmala. The 7–8 m and 5–6 m trees must be supplied and installed on 20–23 November 2026, while dismantling is scheduled for 14–15 January 2027, with a possible extension until 31 January 2027. The 180 trees, each 1.6–2.0 m high, are delivered for decorating municipal metal tree structures and removed afterwards. The tender must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 12:00. No bid guarantee is required. The winning offer is the compliant offer with the lowest total contract price; the tie-breaker is the lower price for the 180 trees. The supplier must provide the necessary transport, equipment and labour, comply with the technical specifications, and submit the required technical, financial, experience and declaration documents.
