Framework agreement for the collection and management of hazardous waste

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the collection and management of hazardous waste in Latvia, divided into three regional lots: Riga and Vidzeme; Zemgale and Kurzeme; and Latgale. The framework agreement will run for 36 months or until the total value of services reaches EUR 210,000 excluding VAT, with a possible extension of up to 12 months, subject to a maximum total term of 48 months. Offers must be submitted electronically through the EIS system by 21 September 2026. The bidder must submit a participation application, qualification documents, a technical offer and a separate financial offer for each lot concerned.
