Printing services and supply

Summary

The procurement covers printing products and related printing services, including production, finishing, delivery and, where required, installation for the organisational units of the Latvian National Sports Centre. The contract is not divided into lots and only one variant may be submitted. It will run for up to 36 months or until the maximum contract value of EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first; the contracting authority does not guarantee any order volume. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Latvian electronic procurement system by 2 September 2026 at 11:00. The contract is awarded based on the lowest total evaluated price. The bidder must meet the registration, experience and personnel requirements and submit the required application, technical offer, financial offer and supporting evidence.
