Construction of metal security partitions with a full-height turnstile

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of metal security partitions with a full-height, two-way electromechanical turnstile at Zaķusalas krastmala 33. The scope includes site surveying, removal of existing bicycle stands and obstructions, manufacture and installation of the partitions and metal doors, turnstile installation and connection to the existing access-control system, cabling, system integration, testing, commissioning, local floor and wall repairs, documentation and staff training. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 25,000 excluding VAT, the works must be completed within four months of contract signing, and the contract is not divided into lots. The lowest total evaluated price is selected. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Latvian procurement system in Latvian by 2 September 2026. The bidder must demonstrate at least one qualifying contract completed during the previous five years and provide the required declarations, specialist list, subcontractor information and financial offer.
