Manufacture and supply of stamps, business cards and information signs

Summary

The procurement covers the manufacture and supply of stamps, business cards and information signs for a two-year period. It is divided into five lots: compact stamps, heavy-duty stamps, business cards, door information signs and personalised wall information signs. The total planned contract value is up to EUR 35,000 excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026. The award is made separately for each lot based on the lowest evaluated total price excluding VAT. Products must be new, unused, compliant with applicable EU and Latvian requirements, and delivered to the purchaser’s specified location in Riga. The tenderer must submit the required application, technical and financial offer, qualification documents and, where applicable, powers of attorney, cooperation documents and subcontractor information.
