Supply of flange adapters and couplings

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of flange adapters and couplings to SIA “Rīgas ūdens” in two lots: for pipes with diameters of 50–300 mm and for pipes with diameters from 400 mm upwards. A tender may be submitted for one or both lots, but variants are not permitted. The goods must be delivered to the warehouse at Ziepniekkalna iela 70 in Riga, within up to 4 weeks for lot 1 and up to 8 weeks for lot 2 after dispatch of the order. The maximum contract values are EUR 345,000 and EUR 95,000 excluding VAT respectively, with orders placed for 12 months or until the relevant ceiling is reached. The compliant tender with the lowest price will be selected. The bidder must submit the participation application, qualification documents, technical offer and financial offer electronically. The goods must meet the specified material, pressure-class, coating, seal, flange and drinking-water-system requirements, supported by the required manufacturer documents and certificates. The warranty period must be at least 24 months. The submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 10:00.
