Demolition of a building while preserving the foundations in Mežaparks Culture and Recreation Park, Riga

Summary

The tender covers demolition of the load-bearing structures of a burned building at Kokneses Prospect 39 in Riga, while preserving or restoring the foundations. The works include disconnection of utility networks, installation and removal of fencing, demolition and disposal of approximately 303.70 m² of paving, approximately 791.00 m³ of remaining building structures and 247.60 m² of concrete flooring, foundation finishing, soil and lawn restoration, and handover of the site. The works must be completed within 90 calendar days of contract conclusion, and payment is due within 30 calendar days after signature of the works acceptance certificate. The bidder must submit one tender covering the complete scope, carry out the mandatory site inspection before submitting the tender, and provide a technical tender and a financial tender. Price is the only award criterion. All work-related costs and risks must be included in the price; additional costs caused by an insufficient site inspection will not be accepted.
