Preparation of construction project documentation, reconstruction and author supervision for Ropaži municipality properties

Summary

The procurement covers preparation of construction project documentation, reconstruction works and author supervision for Ropaži municipality properties in three lots: premises for the emergency medical service, a sports facility changing-room building, and a fire and rescue service depot. Author supervision is not required for Lot 2. The contract period is 3 months and the reconstruction works carry a 36-month warranty. A tender may be submitted for one or all lots; it must be submitted electronically in Latvian, and no tender guarantee is required. Evaluation awards up to 90 points for the total tender price and up to 10 points for the responsible construction project manager’s previous experience.
