Purchase of a snow-grooming machine (retrac) for maintaining Daugavpils cross-country ski trails and winter recreation areas

The tender concerns the purchase of a used professional snow-grooming machine, or retrac, for maintaining cross-country ski trails and winter recreation areas in Daugavpils.
