Improving the efficiency of the heat source in Pastende, Ģibuļi Parish, Talsi Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the replacement of the existing 0.6 MW boiler at the Pastende boiler house with a new heating unit of approximately 0.7 MW, or the installation of a modular boiler house. The system must operate within a 10–100% capacity range and use wood chips with a moisture content of 35–55%. The works include design, construction, equipment supply and installation, connection to existing utilities, testing and handover for use. The estimated contract value is EUR 650,000. Installation and hot commissioning must be completed within six months of contract signature and the facility must be commissioned no later than eight months after signature; the deadline will not be extended.
