Design and author supervision of municipal objects in the Sigulda region

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of design documentation and author supervision for municipal objects in the Sigulda region, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns the design of the reconstruction of the Sigulda Castle Ruins open-air stage, while Lot 2 concerns the design of landscaping and building repairs at the Inčukalns “Minka” preschool. The estimated value is EUR 10,000 excluding VAT for each lot. For both lots, the design documentation must be prepared within two months after contract signature, while author supervision continues until the object is completed or commissioned. A bidder may submit a bid for one, several or all lots, but may submit only one bid variant. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026. The most economically advantageous bid will be selected: price carries up to 90 points and the additional experience of the construction project manager or architect carries up to 10 points. Participation requires evidence of registration, average turnover of at least EUR 20,000 for the relevant lot, the required design experience and the availability of certified specialists.
