Adaptation of Ropaži Municipality premises for Category III shelters

Summary

The procurement covers the adaptation of premises in nine municipal buildings in Ropaži Municipality for use as Category III shelters. The works include, where necessary, preparation of construction design documentation, construction and installation works, adaptation of engineering systems, and shelter-related protection, lighting, electrical, ventilation, sanitary and signage solutions. The buildings will remain in use during the works, so the contractor must ensure uninterrupted operation of the institutions, safe access, segregation of work areas, and control of dust, noise and vibration. The works must be fully completed and commissioned within 3 months of the contract entering into force. The warranty must be at least 36 months. The tender must cover the entire procurement scope; division into lots and alternative tenders are not permitted. Price is the only award criterion, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant tender. The tender must be submitted electronically in Latvian by the deadline stated in the contract notice. The company must demonstrate the required registrations, experience on at least three relevant projects, a certified and experienced responsible construction manager, and the availability of a health and safety coordinator.
