Provision of technical maintenance services for medical equipment

Summary

The open tender concerns technical maintenance of Class IIa and IIb active medical devices, including scheduled manufacturer-specified maintenance, unplanned post-warranty repairs and spare-parts supply. The procurement is not divided into lots but contains 26 positions. A framework agreement will be concluded for 24 months, with a total value of up to EUR 1,115,127 excluding VAT, including EUR 30,000 for other organisational units. Services must be provided throughout Latvia. The submission deadline is 7 September 2026. Up to three suppliers may be selected for each position, based on the lowest total price per position. The bidder must be an authorised representative of the relevant device manufacturer where required and must have personnel trained to service the specific devices.
