Purchase of one new and one used snowmaking generator

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase, delivery and installation of two snowmaking generators for the buyer’s sports facilities in Sigulda: one new generator and one used generator. The used generator must be operational, manufactured in 2021 or later and have no more than 1,400 compressor operating hours; the new generator must be manufactured in 2026 and have no compressor operating hours. Delivery and installation must be completed within two months of contract signature. The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. The lowest total price excluding VAT is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 and must include the required qualification documents, technical offer with photographs or a relevant web link, and financial offer.
