Plywood procurement

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of 24 types of plywood products, including OSB-3, birch plywood, softwood plywood and laminated moisture-resistant birch plywood. Deliveries will be made in separate batches to the Adazi military base according to the purchaser’s needs. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three suppliers for 48 months or until the maximum value of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. The contract is awarded based on the lowest total evaluated price excluding VAT. The supplier must submit a complete offer covering the full scope, comply with the technical specifications and standards, deliver within no more than 30 calendar days of an order, provide at least a 12-month warranty and meet the applicable sanctions and origin restrictions.
