Purchase of wristwatches

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of KSIP-MOD1 digital wristwatches. The planned quantity is 5,000 watches in the first year and 15,000 watches in total during the following three years, although the actual quantity depends on the contracting authority’s needs and funding. The contract will be concluded with one bidder for 48 months and may be extended by up to 12 months, but the total term may not exceed five years. The tender must be submitted by 23 October 2026 through the electronic procurement system. The only award criterion is the lowest compliant unit price in euros excluding VAT. The bidder must submit a complete technical and financial tender, the manufacturer’s technical documentation, and one new and unused watch sample. The watch must include, among other features, backlighting, an alarm, timer, stopwatch, calendar and at least two time zones; it must have a black impact-resistant case and strap, a replaceable battery and a warranty of at least 24 months. The delivery deadline for 5,000 watches is no more than 210 calendar days from the order.
