Inspection and cleaning of mechanical ventilation systems

Summary

The tender concerns inspection and cleaning of mechanical ventilation systems throughout Latvia, including duct inspections, photographic documentation, preparatory work, cleaning, repairs, repeat photography and documentation. The contract is not divided into lots and may run for up to 36 months or until the contract ceiling of EUR 495,867.77 excluding VAT is used, whichever comes first. The winning tenderer will be the compliant tenderer offering the lowest total evaluated price excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EIS e-tendering subsystem by the stated deadline, 1 October 2026, and must include the required technical, financial, qualification and application documents.
