Purchase of digital screens with stands

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of digital screens with stands, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers one mobile outdoor digital information stand, with an estimated value of EUR 11,376.87 excluding VAT and delivery within no more than 90 days after contract signing. Lot 2 covers five interactive displays and five movable stands, with an estimated value of EUR 17,579.32 excluding VAT and delivery within no more than 60 days after contract signing. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots, but must cover the complete scope of the selected lot. Offers must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 00:00. The economically most advantageous offer is determined using price at 90 points and maximum-load electricity consumption at 10 points. The price must include delivery, warranty and all related costs.
