Ship engine repairs and purchase of spare parts

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, repair and spare-parts supply for ship engines in two lots: Lot 1 for KUBOTA and CUMMINS engines, and Lot 2 for a YANMAR engine. Contracts will be awarded separately by lot for 48 months or until the contract amount is used, whichever comes first. Maintenance is mainly performed in the ports of Riga, Liepaja and Ventspils, while repairs may be performed at the contractor’s service facility in Latvia. The bidder must submit one complete offer per lot through the electronic procurement system by the deadline stated in the contract notice; the stated deadline is 1 October 2026.
