Maintenance and repair of catering technology equipment

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, diagnostics, general cleaning and repair of catering and kitchen equipment at nine military catering and warehouse sites in Latvia. The equipment includes ovens, cooking kettles and pans, dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers, food-processing machines, coffee equipment, transport equipment and laundry equipment. The procurement is divided into nine parts, and a bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all parts or positions. A framework agreement will run for 48 months or until its maximum value is reached. The contracting authority may conclude separate service contracts and order work as needed. No advance payment or tender security is planned. The lowest price meeting the requirements is evaluated separately for each position. Key operational obligations include preventive maintenance at intervals specified for each item, general cleaning, diagnostics and repair. Maintenance must normally be completed within 7 calendar days of an order, general cleaning within 5 calendar days, and the contractor must attend a breakdown within 24 hours on working days or 48 hours at weekends. Repairs must normally be completed within 14 calendar days after approval of the defect report. The offer deadline shown in the notice is 20 October 2026.
