Summary

The Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria is procuring the operation, inspection, routine and extraordinary maintenance, and management of lifts, stairlifts and goods lifts in its school and institutional buildings. The 24-month service includes scheduled maintenance, 24/7 emergency availability, assistance with statutory inspections and separately authorised extra-contract maintenance; an option to extend for 12 months is provided. The estimated total value is EUR 293,644.69 excluding VAT, including EUR 83,030.64 for extra-contract maintenance and EUR 3,037.57 for assistance with biennial inspections.
