Completion works for the “Italo Pastore” multipurpose sports facility

The contract covers completion works at the “Italo Pastore” multipurpose sports facility and sports complex in the municipality of Castello del Matese. It is a single lot, with a total estimated value of €618,353.57 excluding VAT: €551,956.23 is subject to a discount, while €66,397.34 consists of non-discountable safety costs. The works must be completed within 365 calendar days. Bids are assessed on the best quality-price ratio: the technical offer is worth up to 90 points and price up to 10 points. Technical proposals are assessed for matters including work organisation and safety, as well as improvements concerning the environment, facility quality, building systems, structures and operating costs. Bidders need the relevant business-register entry and the specified SOA construction qualifications. An independent site visit is mandatory. The bid must include a provisional guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value, proof of the €77 ANAC fee payment, and the required administrative, technical and pricing documents.
