Rental of a fixed speed-detection system and vehicle insurance and inspection control device, including traffic-penalty management

Summary

The Municipality of San Giuseppe Jato is procuring, as a single lot, a 36-month service for renting a fixed speed-detection system approved under Article 142 of the Italian Highway Code and a device for checking vehicle insurance coverage and roadworthiness inspections. The contract also covers the management of administrative penalties for traffic-code violations identified by the systems and other violations recorded by the municipal police.
