Demolition of buildings and construction of a gable wall in the Simons district, Lille

Summary

EPF de Hauts-de-France is procuring the demolition of the buildings at 42 and 44 rue du Faubourg des Postes in Lille and construction of a gable wall for the building to be retained. The works include site safety measures, removal of asbestos-containing materials where necessary, demolition of the buildings and existing party wall, and the foundation, masonry, finishing and reinstatement work required to create the new wall. The works are scheduled to last six months, including the preparation period.
