Design services for a municipal event hall in Montrouge

Summary

The City of Montrouge is procuring design services to create a municipal event hall and cultural and arts venue in the unfinished shell of Building D. The planned venue has 559 m² of usable floor area, and the preliminary works budget is EUR 1,000,000 excluding VAT. The commission covers design from diagnosis and sketch through construction supervision, handover assistance and defects-liability monitoring; three design options are to be developed, including a movable acoustic partition, motorised stage equipment and blackout systems, and mobile seating.
