Framework agreement for interbank exchange of CDC customers’ payment flows in the Pacific region

Summary

Caisse des Dépôts is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for interbank exchange of its customers’ payment flows in French Polynesia, New Caledonia, and Wallis and Futuna. The services cover processing outgoing and incoming XPF-denominated transfers and direct debits through the local clearing system, as well as processing customer cheque deposits. The four-year agreement has an estimated value of EUR 466,000 excluding VAT and a maximum value of EUR 560,000 excluding VAT; it is not divided into lots.
