Supply and installation of thermal-comfort equipment in public buildings

Summary

The City of Issy-les-Moulineaux is procuring a four-year, multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply and installation of thermal-comfort equipment in public buildings. The three lots cover fixed air-to-air heat pumps, including maintenance; external solar-protection films; and external and internal solar-protection equipment. There is no minimum contract value. The maximum values for the full contract period are €10,000,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1, €2,500,000 for Lot 2 and €1,500,000 for Lot 3; up to three suppliers may be appointed.
