Maintenance and repair of heating, hot water production and mechanical ventilation equipment

Summary

TROYES AUBE HABITAT and SIABA are procuring preventive and corrective maintenance, fault repairs and, where needed, works on heating, hot water production and mechanical ventilation equipment in their rental housing. The procurement is divided into two geographic lots: the first covers the Bar-sur-Aube and Bar-sur-Seine areas and the Chartreux, Centre and student areas of Troyes; the second covers Romilly-sur-Seine and the Marots and Chantereigne areas of Troyes. Both framework agreements run from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2031.
