Framework agreement for project-owner assistance with programming construction projects

Summary

The Pays de la Loire Region is procuring project-owner assistance for programming construction projects valued between €750,000 and €20 million excluding VAT. The services include preliminary programming and, where applicable, subsequent programming. The procurement is divided into two geographic lots: the Nantes, Saint-Nazaire and Laval areas, and the Angers, La Roche-sur-Yon and Le Mans areas. Each lot has a planned duration of 48 months and may be automatically renewed up to three times.
