Rental and installation of sound, lighting and stage equipment

Summary

The City of Mâcon is procuring a 48-month framework agreement for renting and installing sound, lighting and other stage equipment in Mâcon and associated municipalities. Depending on event needs, the services include transporting, setting up and dismantling equipment, keeping it operational during events, and providing the required technicians and handling staff; equipment rental with transport alone may also be ordered. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the framework agreement is capped at EUR 200,000 excluding VAT per year and EUR 800,000 for the full term.
