Construction of a wash-up room extension at Lucie and Raymond Aubrac College in Luynes

Summary

SET ENERGIES, acting on behalf of the Indre-et-Loire Department, is procuring construction work for a wash-up room extension to the existing kitchen building at Lucie and Raymond Aubrac College in Luynes. The contract is divided into ten lots: earthworks, external networks, general construction and asbestos removal; timber structures, timber-frame walls, roofing and cladding; elastomeric waterproofing; aluminium and steel external joinery and metalwork; suspended ceilings, plasterboard partitions, insulation and internal timber joinery; floor coverings, tiles and wall tiles; painting and impact-resistant wall coverings; kitchen equipment and insulated panels; heating, ventilation and plumbing; and electrical works. The works are scheduled to last 11 months.
