Operation and Development of Montesson Town Centre Sunday Market

The Municipality of Montesson is seeking an operator to run and develop its uncovered weekly Sunday market in the town centre at Place Paul Démange. The service includes allocating pitches and managing trader relations, collecting stall fees, installing and storing mobile shelters, cleaning the market area and traders’ toilets, maintaining waste bins, diversifying the range of traders, and attracting visitors, including through events. The contract starts on 4 April 2027 for four years, with a possible automatic 12-month extension, and ends no later than 3 April 2032; the current market baseline is 17 traders across 144 linear metres.
