Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Municipal Equipment and Facilities

Summary

The City of Bry-sur-Marne is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, fault response and minor works for technical equipment in its municipal buildings, divided into five lots: lifts; fire-safety systems, smoke extraction and extinguishers; automatic doors; the tennis club’s inflatable structures and motors; and sewer-network maintenance, including blockage clearance, jetting and grease-trap emptying. The framework agreement runs for an initial year and may be renewed up to three times, for a maximum of four years. Annual ceilings for the order-based services are €30,000, €70,000, €30,000, €20,000 and €15,000 excluding VAT, respectively.
