Preventive and corrective maintenance of roofs and flat roofs

Summary

The Municipality of Talence is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of the roofs and flat roofs of its buildings under a framework agreement. The work covers inspection and cleaning of roofs, rainwater downpipes, gutters and eaves gutters, as well as maintenance and limited on-site repairs. The procurement consists of a single lot; the estimated annual value is EUR 215,000 excluding VAT, with an annual maximum of EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. The contract runs from notification until 31 December 2027 and may be renewed annually until 31 December 2030.
