Summary

The City of Cognac is procuring a 30-month client-side project advisory service to plan the revitalisation of the town centre, including a new market hall and the urban redevelopment of its surroundings. The work covers an updated site assessment, public and business engagement, the development and evaluation of scenarios, and an urban, architectural, functional, technical, environmental and financial programme.
