Planning and Production of Signage for Romainville Municipal Buildings, Third Places and Public Spaces

Summary

The City of Romainville is procuring a two-lot framework agreement: Lot 1 covers advice, analysis of user journeys, development of a signage master plan and graphic designs, and oversight of production and installation; Lot 2 covers the manufacture, delivery and installation of signage, including removal of existing items where needed. The signage is intended for municipal buildings, third places and public spaces. Neither lot has a minimum volume; the annual maximum is EUR 30,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 40,000 for Lot 2, excluding VAT.
