Chauffeur-Driven Group Transport 2027–2028

Summary

The Municipality of Mons-en-Barœul is procuring chauffeur-driven group transport for 2027–2028 in three lots: school journeys for sports and cultural activities, children’s transport for youth and leisure activities, and transport for older adults. The service includes full- and half-day trips using buses suited to the required capacity; different bus sizes are specified for children’s transport, and 49–55-seat buses for older adults. This is an order-based framework agreement with no minimum and annual maximum values, excluding VAT, of €30,000 for Lot 1, €55,000 for Lot 2 and €18,000 for Lot 3. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, runs for one year and may be renewed once for the same period.
