The Lyon Metropolis is procuring electronic certificates for its own needs and those of members participating in its purchasing agency. The framework agreement will be carried out through orders over four years from 30 May 2027, or from a later contract notification date; its minimum value is EUR 55,000 and its maximum value is EUR 170,000, excluding VAT.
