Insurance contracts for the Landes Departmental Agency for Local Authorities

Summary

The Landes Departmental Agency for Local Authorities (ADACL) is procuring insurance contracts in six lots to cover risks associated with its activities. The lots cover property damage, machinery and computer equipment risks, motor fleet and related risks, civil liability, legal and functional protection for staff and elected representatives, and statutory risks relating to employees; legal protection is an option under lot 5. Cover starts on 1 January 2027, and the contract runs for 24 months until 31 December 2028.
