Rehabilitation of sheet-metal roofs on social housing

Summary

The Municipality of Saint-Denis is procuring the rehabilitation of sheet-metal roofs on social housing on Réunion Island. The procurement is divided into two lots: roofing works in eastern Saint-Denis, with a maximum value of EUR 400,000, and works in western Saint-Denis, with a maximum value of EUR 200,000; both amounts exclude VAT. The planned duration for each lot is 24 months from 1 December 2026.
