Concession to manage and operate Brest’s vehicle impound facility

The City of Brest is seeking a concessionaire to manage and operate its vehicle impound facility for five years from 1 August 2027. The service covers removing vehicles that breach road or parking rules within Brest, transporting and storing them, keeping records, returning them to their owners when the situation is regularised, and arranging the sale or destruction of unclaimed or unroadworthy vehicles. The estimated concession value is EUR 1,700,000 excluding VAT.
