Framework agreement for asbestos removal and building demolition

Summary

Caen la Mer and the other members of a purchasing group are procuring asbestos removal and building demolition works across the group’s territory. The single-lot framework agreement will run from 1 January 2027, or from a later notification date, through 31 December 2027. It will be carried out through purchase orders priced at unit rates and subsequent contracts priced as lump sums, with a maximum of three framework contractors.
